Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2โ€“4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3โ€“7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll notify you with your shipment details so you can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts or if the provided contact information is incorrect, your order may be returned to us. Our team will contact you to arrange redelivery if possible.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
